- Checkout: checkout time is 11:00. On departure of the guests, the flat must be left in good condition, dishes washed, rubbish removed and as it was handed over at check-in.

- Sheets and towels: we are an ecological company and we are very committed to the environment, so for each booking we provide sheets forbeds depending on the number of guests, as well as a shower towel per person, a hand towel in each washbasin and a shower mat per shower. If you need more towels, please do not hesitate to request them before or during your stay. Any stains of make-up, fluids, blood or any substance on sheets or towels will be penalised financially. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP WITH YOUR TOWELS!

-Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the flat.

-Respect for the community: this is a flat located in a residential building, please maintain the tranquility of the neighbourhood, especially during quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00).

-It is strictly forbidden to admit, invite or give access to more guests than those listed on the reservation.

- Parties or events not expressly authorised are not permitted.

-Responsible energy consumption: we ask our guests to be conscious and responsible in their consumption of water and energy.

- In this community the heating is central, and is switched on in the winter season (approximately November to April).

-Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- LOSING KEYS or FORGETTING KEYS INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION will result in the payment of 50 €.
